Ginger Spice Chai
Spice it up with our first chai tea! Traditionally, chai means "tea", but the word also refers to a blend containing spices. A high quality fengqing black tea is used as the base, because of it's full bodied flavor, and malty undertones. To give this tea it's distinct flavor, we add: clove, cinnamon, coriander, fennel, ginger, & black pepper. Enjoy as a tea latte, or with a drizzle of honey.
