Shipping Policy
Orders placed after 12 p.m. will ship next day. Please allow 48-72 hours from shipped to delivery. We use First Class Mail USPS
We ship anywhere in the United States, and are open to international shipping with private messaging. All tea is made in small batches, so there is a possibility of additional time needed to prepare an order. Custom tea blends may take up to 7 days to complete & process.
Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will provide a return label for you to send the products back plus either a refund, or exchange of equal or lesser value.
If you have purchased tea or products at a market or local retailer, please provide receipt or proof of purchase, and we will gladly exchange or refund your items at value they were bought at.
